400mm super -high temperature (max1200 degrees), the most advanced equipment, it can make rubber surface vulcanizd in four seconds.
      At present the most practical microwave rubber vulcanization process is :the molding product  extruded by extruder access to microwave curing devices through converyor belt , it should be rapid warmed  up to  curing temperature, and then enter to  hot air channel , it be kept to certain temperature in hot -air channel , and maintained  a certain period of time,  the prduct is ready . If no  hot air channel , and cured  allways in the microwave tank, it is a waste of energy,but combined  with the hot air shafts, more economical.
